The IEEE UADLTF-2025 is organized by the IEEE Ukraine Section, IEEE Blockchain Technical Community, IEEE Ukraine Section Blockchain Technical Community Local Group, Linux Foundation Decentralized Trust, and Web3 Institute. On behalf of the Organizers, we invite you to participate in the 2025 IEEE 2nd Ukrainian Distributed Ledger Technology Forum (UADLTF).
The IEEE UADLTF-2025 will be held in Virtual Format on November 11-13, 2025. Participation is free of charge, and registration will open later.
The IEEE Ukrainian DLT Forum 2025 will convene leading voices from government, industry, and academia to explore how distributed ledger technologies and Web3 infrastructure can drive societal and industrial rebuilding, as well as technological advancement. Under the theme “reBUIDL” this year’s Forum will spotlight the role of collaborative innovation in shaping the digital foundations of resilient economies.
This year’s Forum will venture into current and future trends of Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLTs), as they pertain to topics such as web3, GovTech, digital public infrastructure, DeFi, DePINS, RWA, Public Services, Cybersecurity, policy and regulations, education, and digital democracy.
This high-level international event will feature expert-led discussions, case studies, and strategic planning sessions designed to strengthen the global ecosystem for decentralized technologies. The Forum will serve as a platform for launching new initiatives, forging institutional partnerships, and advancing research-driven public policy.
